1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags (where applicable)

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Custom-designed or personalised items (unless faulty or incorrect)

Change of mind on custom orders

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Please double-check sizes, design proofs, and spelling before confirming any custom order.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
5. Shipping Returns
Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
